Risk Management Changes
Due to recent BCSA Rule 22 changes: a) Every volunteer or employee of the Association or affiliated organization who at any time could be expected in the performance of their duties to: i) be with any minor aged person; ii) be entrusted with performing financial duties; iii) be responsible for book keeping or bank account(s); must have on file the results of a Criminal Record Check completed within the previous 12 months from an agency approved by the Association. Bottle Drive Fundraiser
Volunteers Urgently Required For PSA Bottle Drive On Sept 11, 2010 PSA will doing a bottle drive / collection service to raise funds for the new clubhouse. We need as many people as possible to pitch in and help out with this fund raising effort. We require the help with the following: 1. Parents / players to canvas the Sidney / North Saanich / Central Saanich area with flyers the on Sept. 7/8/9/10 prior to the drive with leaflets letting everyone know about the drive. 2. Parents / players to collect bottles from residences throughout Sidney / North Saanich /Central Saanich on Sept. 11. 3. Parents / players to help man the collection sorting station at Blue Heron. Please help out as we need to make this as successful as possible, the new clubhouse needs us.
