EQUIPMENT & UNIFORMS

As required by Law 4 in the FIFA Rules of the Game. (FIFA is the governing body for soccer) there are only five required equipment items that you need in order to play soccer at Peninsula FC:

  1. A Soccer Jersey
  2. Shorts
  3. Long Socks
  4. Shin Guards
  5. Footwear

*you do not need to buy two sets of cleats (if you don’t want to) to play on both grass and turf.  One pair of FG (firm ground) or AG (artificial grass) boots will be good enough to play on both surfaces.

u5-u10 – Peninsula FC provides a jersey and socks.  Players at this age group can wear shorts or long athletic pants (dependent on weather conditions)

u11-u18 aged players must have a PFC Uniform Kit in order to be placed onto a team.

Peninsula FC Uniform Kit = (Jersey + Shorts). Socks will be handed out to each team

Uniform Kits are owned by the player and only need to be purchased if a player does not have one or needs a new one (outgrown old size or have lost/damaged theirs)   Kit items can be purchased individually if only one item is needed.

Jersey numbers will be administered by the club.

Uniform Kit items will only be handed out once full payment (or proof of full payment:  kidsport) has been made.

Uniforms are purchased on-line through the clubs PowerUp website homepage under “PLAYER WEAR”
