International Students

International Students who want to play organized club soccer need to follow the instructions found in the attached form  ITC Checklist

Please refer to Checklist “E” for all of the paperwork and documentation that is required…and the explanatory notes section at the end of the PDF document to confirm you have the correct paperwork required.

There are 14 items you need.  Applications can’t be submitted unless all of the paperwork required has been received.

*The club will be responsible for submitting #11 on the checklist…once the applicant has forwarded the other items
