International Students

International youth students who are going to school and want to play organized club soccer need to submit an ITC Application before they can register to play.

Students – please use the MINOR APPLICATION 

You will need to fill out and submit to the club:

Form “C”

Checklist “E” (along with all of the items listed on the checklist)

Parent / Legal Guardian Declaration form (found near the back of the application)

*the club will fill out out the Club Declaration form at the very end of the application

 

Once you have filled out all of your forms and collected all of your supporting documentation, please send them all together in the same email in PDF form to:

 registrar@peninsulasoccer.ca

Incomplete applications will not be submitted.

Decisions on application submissions can take anywhere between 1 and 21 days

Students who have submitted an ITC application are not permitted to practice or play until their application has been accepted or declined.
